Restructuring Associate (Restructuring & Bankruptcy) — Sydney

Join the restructuring and insolvency team of a leading international law firm in Sydney. The team acts on domestic and cross-border restructurings, distressed acquisitions, rescue financings and liability-management matters across a broad range of industries and financial instruments.

This is a full-time, permanent role offering exposure to complex, high‑profile matters and collaborative work with other practice areas across the firm. The team provides structured local and global training, secondment opportunities and a supportive, high-performing culture.

• Australian qualified lawyer with 2–4 years' PQE
• Prior restructuring/insolvency or distressed-debt experience, preferably from a top-tier law firm
• Excellent academic record with strong drafting and analytical skills
• Resilient self-starter, team player with commercial judgement and strong organisational and communication skills
