Join a national restructuring and insolvency team advising major banks, financiers, insolvency practitioners and corporate clients across industry sectors. The team handles loan recovery, restructuring and securities enforcement matters, corporate insolvency and related commercial litigation in state and federal jurisdictions.

This role offers day-to-day exposure to complex domestic and cross-border restructuring and insolvency matters, acting for lenders, receivers, administrators and liquidators. You will contribute to precedent development, support business development activities and work collaboratively within a busy team.

Qualified lawyer with approximately 3–5 years PQE in restructuring, insolvency and commercial litigation
Experience on banking litigation, insolvency administrations, loan recovery and securities enforcement preferred
Practical, proactive approach with strong client-service, written and oral communication and organisational skills
Team player with ability to contribute to precedents and business development activities
