Experienced restructuring and insolvency lawyer sought to join a busy Sydney team advising banks, financiers, insolvency practitioners and corporate clients across domestic and cross-border matters. You will work on complex restructuring, securities enforcement, external administration and related commercial litigation.

The role offers day-to-day responsibility on significant matters, contribution to precedent and knowledge resources, and opportunities to support business development and client relationships within a collaborative team environment.

This is a hands-on role requiring practical problem-solving, excellent client service and the ability to work cooperatively across practice groups on high-quality, often time-sensitive work.

Minimum 5 years PQE in restructuring, insolvency or related litigation
Experience acting for banks, receivers/administrators/liquidators or insolvency practitioners desirable
Exposure to banking litigation, loan recovery and securities enforcement matters preferred
Strong legal drafting, advocacy, client-service and team collaboration skills
