Join a global restructuring and insolvency practice in Sydney advising on complex domestic and cross-border restructuring, rescue financings and distressed-debt matters. The team acts for stakeholders across the capital structure, including lenders, creditors, sponsors and investors, and works closely with corporate, litigation, tax and finance specialists.

This is a full-time, permanent role for an Australian-qualified lawyer who will work on a mix of in-court and out-of-court restructurings, liability management exercises, distressed acquisitions and related financing transactions. The role offers exposure to regional and international matters and opportunities for secondments, training and development.

The team seeks candidates who are highly commercial, client-focused and able to produce high-quality drafting and analysis while thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Australian qualified lawyer with 2–4 years PQE.
Prior restructuring, insolvency or distressed-debt experience from a top-tier firm or similar practice.
Excellent drafting, analytical and problem-solving skills; strong commercial judgment.
High levels of organisation, teamwork and clear written/verbal communication.
