An opportunity exists for a litigation lawyer to join a highly regarded dispute resolution team in Sydney, part of a large national practice with over 115 lawyers. The team handles all facets of commercial dispute resolution, including contractual disputes, banking and financial services litigation, restructuring and insolvency, public sector, property disputes, regulatory investigations and tax disputes.

This is a hands-on commercial litigation role with significant learning, development and progression opportunities, working with interesting clients and complex matters. You will be responsible for corporate restructuring and insolvency and bankruptcy matters (both contentious and non-contentious), as well as complex commercial litigation.

3–5 years of post-admission experience in Australia
Previous experience in insolvency and restructuring, with some exposure to commercial litigation
Ideally from a large or medium-sized law firm or a specialist litigation practice
Strong communication and drafting skills with outstanding attention to detail
Ability to confidently run matters through dispute resolution processes
Ability to handle a busy workload with competing timelines
