Associate / Senior Associate, Litigation — Sydney

Join a national dispute resolution team in Sydney handling commercial litigation, insolvency, restructuring and related contentious and non-contentious matters. The role offers hands-on fee-earning work across complex matters with strong opportunities for development and responsibility.

• 3–5 years post‑admission experience in Australia
• Experience in insolvency / restructuring and exposure to commercial litigation (preferably from a medium/large firm or specialist practice)
• Strong drafting and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
• Ability to run matters through dispute resolution processes and manage competing timelines
