Restructuring / Banking Partner — Manchester

Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow a restructuring and banking practice from the firm's Manchester office. The role will focus on insolvency, corporate restructuring and related finance work across domestic and cross‑border matters.

You will lead complex restructurings, advise creditors and corporate clients, and manage multi‑disciplinary teams on contentious and non‑contentious matters. The role includes business development responsibilities and opportunities to shape service offerings in the regional market.

Applicants with a portable practice or established client relationships in restructuring/insolvency are encouraged to apply; a track record of originating and winning mandates is important.

• Qualified solicitor with partner‑level experience in restructuring/insolvency and related finance matters.
• Proven track record of leading complex restructurings, creditor work and corporate reorganisations.
• Established business development skills and experience managing and developing a team.
• Experience advising on cross‑border aspects of insolvency or turnaround situations preferred.
