Leading international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its US restructuring and insolvency team. The role will focus on high‑value bankruptcy, creditor and debtor-side restructurings, out-of-court workouts and related insolvency matters across corporate and financial clients.

Ideal candidates will join as established partners, leading engagements, supervising junior lawyers and helping grow the US restructuring offering. A portable practice or demonstrable origination capability in restructuring/insolvency is welcome.

Established partner with substantial restructuring, bankruptcy or insolvency experience
Proven track record advising debtors, creditors, committees or restructuring stakeholders
Ability to lead matters and supervise associates
Business development/origination capability; portable practice welcomed
Admission to a relevant US bar and ability to work on US matters
