Partner-level opportunity for an experienced restructuring lawyer to join a well-established international practice in London. The role focuses on complex restructuring and insolvency matters, including cross-border mandates within the finance and banking space.

The team advises lenders, creditors and corporates on restructurings, distressed financings and insolvency-related transactions. The firm is seeking a partner who can lead significant matters, work collaboratively across jurisdictions and contribute to strategic growth of the practice.

There is an expectation of business generation and the ability to develop or bring a portable restructuring/insolvency practice.

Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) or equivalent admitted jurisdictional qualification.
Established partner-level experience in restructuring and insolvency, including complex and cross-border matters.
Proven track record of leading mandates and supervising teams.
Commercial mindset with experience of business development and client relationship management.
