A leading international law firm is seeking a Lateral Partner to join its Paris restructuring and finance team. The role will focus on advising creditors, debtors and stakeholders on complex cross-border restructurings, insolvency matters and distressed financings.

The successful candidate will join a well-established practice that works on high-value matters across Europe and collaborates with cross-border teams. This is an opportunity to build and lead a portable practice in a market-facing role.

Proven partner-level experience in restructuring, insolvency or distressed finance.
Strong track record of advising on cross-border matters and collaborating with international teams.
Ability to develop or bring a portable practice and cultivate client relationships.
Fluency in French and English preferred.
