Top-tier US law firm is seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand its restructuring practice in Seattle. The role focuses on high-value restructuring matters, including both in-court and out-of-court workouts, creditor-side and debtor-side engagements, and advising institutional clients.

The partner will have a leadership role in building local market presence, mentoring associates, and collaborating with nationwide restructuring and finance teams. The team handles complex, multi-jurisdictional matters and values a partner who can originate work and develop client relationships.

Established partner with significant restructuring and insolvency experience (in-court and out-of-court).
Demonstrated track record of leading matters and supervising associates.
Proven ability to originate or bring client relationships; portable practice preferred.
Admission to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction or ability to qualify promptly.
Strong commercial judgment and excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
