Restructuring Partner — Washington, D.C.

Senior partner opportunity to join an established restructuring practice in Washington, D.C. The role focuses on leading complex insolvency, restructuring and distressed finance matters for corporate and creditor clients across a variety of industries.

The team seeks a seasoned partner to expand and lead origination and client relationships, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate across finance and litigation practices. Candidates with a portable restructuring practice or demonstrated track record of business development will be particularly competitive.

• Partner-level experience in restructuring, distressed M&A or insolvency work
• Proven client development and leadership skills; experience mentoring associates
• Strong technical knowledge of creditor-side and debtor-side restructurings and distressed financing
• Bar admission in D.C. or ability to be admitted
