Top-tier business restructuring team in San Francisco is seeking a finance associate to support restructuring, special situations and debtor/creditor finance matters. The role focuses on liability management transactions, DIP and bankruptcy exit financings, and out-of-court restructurings.

Candidates will work on high‑profile, capital‑structure representations for financial institutions and investment funds, including hedge funds, CLOs and private equity clients. The team offers exposure to chapter 11 cases and complex distressed-debt matters.

Graduating law school class years 2019–2023 (JD required)
Experience representing creditors or borrowers on liability management, DIP financing, bankruptcy exit financing or special situations financings
Familiarity with chapter 11 processes and distressed debt transactions
Strong academic record and transactional drafting/negotiation skills
