Restructuring & Special Situations Finance Associate — Dallas

A US-qualified restructuring and special situations finance associate role on a market-leading Business Restructuring & Reorganization team based in Dallas. The team handles complex debtor and creditor-side work across chapter 11 and out-of-court restructurings.

Successful candidates will work on liability-management and special-situations financings, including DIP financings and bankruptcy exit financings, representing institutional clients such as hedge funds, CLOs, private equity vehicles and other financial institutions.

• J.D.; law school class years 2019–2023 preferred
• Substantial experience on creditor- or borrower-side restructuring financings (liability management, DIP, exit financings, special situations)
• Experience with chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings
• Comfort representing institutional financial clients (hedge funds, CLOs, private equity funds, lenders)
