Growing finance & restructuring team in Dallas seeks an associate with 3–5 years of corporate finance transactional experience. You will work on a broad range of financings and related workout matters, including senior and mezzanine debt, asset‑based lending, cash‑flow and sponsor finance, unitranche and junior capital transactions.
