Senior capital-markets lawyer sought to join a well‑established Frankfurt team as a salary partner. The role focuses on advising listed companies and issuers on German capital markets and securities law in an international practice environment.

Key responsibilities include advising on IPOs, SPOs, private placements, debt issuances, convertible and exchangeable bonds, public takeover offers and related disclosure and insider‑trading compliance obligations; supporting general corporate and transactional capital‑markets matters; and contributing to business development and client relationship management, including work with international and cross‑border clients.

This is an opportunity to take a lead role in a busy capital‑markets group, broaden a transactional and regulatory practice and work on high‑profile matters at a firm with an international footprint.

Qualified lawyer admitted in Germany (Rechtsanwalt) with substantial experience in capital markets and securities law.
Proven track record on IPOs, equity and debt capital markets transactions, public takeovers and disclosure/compliance matters.
Experience advising listed companies, issuers and cross‑border clients; comfort working on international transactions.
Strong drafting, transactional and client‑management skills; ability to originate and develop client relationships.
Fluent German and strong English for client work.
