National law firm seeks a Section 337 litigation associate to join its Intellectual Property practice. This role is open across multiple U.S. offices (including a virtual option) and will focus on litigating before the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC).

The successful candidate will work with attorneys supporting technology, manufacturing and transportation sector clients on ITC-specific issues including domestic industry, remedies, enforcement, and the Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure. A technical degree is not required; strong IP litigation experience and familiarity with ITC practice are essential.

The firm values candidates with excellent judgment, strong interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple matters under pressure, and a commitment to teamwork and professional development. Bar admission in the office jurisdiction (or a commitment to obtain it promptly) is required.

  • 3–6 years' post-qualification litigation experience (preferably with ITC practice)
  • Participation in at least two Section 337 ITC matters and familiarity with ITC rules, remedies, and enforcement
  • Solid knowledge of IP litigation practice; technical degree not required
  • Active bar license in the applicable state or willingness to obtain admission promptly
  • Excellent judgment, strong written and oral advocacy, and ability to handle multiple projects under pressure
