Securities Enforcement Partner — New York

Seeking a senior partner to join a high‑profile securities practice in New York to lead complex securities enforcement and litigation matters. The role will involve managing investigations, government and regulatory proceedings, and related civil litigation.

Ideal candidates will have an established, portable securities enforcement/litigation practice and a track record of building client relationships. You will work with a small team of litigators and investigators and be expected to originate and develop work across regulatory and private civil forums.

• Established partner with significant securities enforcement and securities litigation experience
• Proven ability to lead investigations and contested proceedings (regulatory and civil)
• Portable practice and demonstrable client origination skills
• Strong trial and motion practice skills; experience managing teams
• Admission to the New York bar (or eligible)
