A finance-team role focused on securitisation, specialty finance and asset‑backed lending within a busy Structured & Specialty Finance practice in London. You will work on a range of transactions including securitisations, forward‑flow and portfolio finance across multiple asset classes (mortgage, consumer, auto, NPLs) and on securitised NAV/ABL facilities for funds.

The (Senior) Associate will support and work directly with Partners on structuring, negotiating and documenting transactions, coordinate cross‑border counsel and play a visible role in the growth of the sub‑practice. The team is partner‑led, well resourced and offers structured business‑development support and coaching.

2–5 years PQE in securitisation/structured finance or closely related finance practice
Qualified solicitor in a common law jurisdiction
Proven experience drafting and negotiating facility agreements, security documents and intercreditor arrangements
Strong commercial judgement, written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail
Ability to supervise junior fee‑earners and work collaboratively across practice groups
