Seeking an associate to join a leading global law firm's New York finance team focused on complex securitizations, asset-backed financings and other structured finance products. The role will work on highly bespoke transactions for banks, issuers, investors and other market participants.

You will be part of a market-facing practice that regularly develops new asset-class solutions and advises on novel structures. The team values collaboration, technical excellence and an inclusive culture that supports professional growth.

3–6 years of law firm experience in securitization or structured/asset-based finance
Admission to the New York Bar required
Proven experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex financing documentation
Strong commercial judgment, attention to detail and ability to work in a client-facing team
