Join a market-leading Corporate practice in Sydney, working within a specialist Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) group. The role focuses on venture capital, tech-sector private M&A and advising high-growth companies across their lifecycle.

Day-to-day work includes investor- and company-side private capital raisings, private M&A for tech clients, joint ventures, equity incentive arrangements and general commercial advisory matters. This is a permanent, full-time role with a hybrid working model (approximately 60% in-office) and flexibility negotiable.

Experience in venture capital/private capital raisings, private M&A and corporate advisory within a leading Corporate practice.
Background in advising high-growth or technology-sector companies; joint venture, equity incentive or corporate reorganisation experience desirable.
Qualified in Australia or another common-law jurisdiction with drafting and negotiation experience.
Ability to manage smaller matters and contribute to larger transactions; interest in business development and mentoring junior lawyers.
