Join a global disputes team as a Senior Associate / Associate specialising in international arbitration. The role will support international arbitration matters from pre‑arbitral strategy through hearings to enforcement and challenges, and offers exposure to complex cross‑border disputes.

The position is open to candidates to be based in Hong Kong or Germany and will involve drafting pleadings and submissions, managing disclosure and evidence exercises, liaising with arbitral institutions, and supporting witness preparation and hearings. There is also scope to contribute to business development and to mentor junior fee earners.

2–3 years post‑qualification experience in international arbitration and disputes, preferably gained at an international law firm
Civil‑law qualification preferred (continental European jurisdictions); common‑law qualifications welcome
Fluent English and Mandarin; additional European languages an advantage
Experience drafting pleadings, witness statements and expert reports, and supporting hearing preparation
Strong research, organisation and communication skills; team player with mentoring experience
