The successful candidate will join a growing, collaborative practice and take a front-line role on transaction execution, drafting and negotiating facility agreements, security documents and ancillary documentation.
- Qualified solicitor admitted in Australia
- Established Banking & Finance experience at senior associate level in a law firm or similar environment
- Strong drafting and negotiating skills on loan documentation and security packages
- Ability to manage matter workflow, supervise junior lawyers and liaise with clients
