Experienced finance lawyer join a Frankfurt-based Banking & Finance team advising domestic and international clients on a wide range of financing matters, including corporate lending, private equity-related financings, project and real estate finance, and financial restructurings.

Qualified German Rechtsanwalt / admitted lawyer (Staatsexamen) with strong academic record
Demonstrable interest and experience in financing matters (e.g. corporate/PE financings, project finance, real estate finance, restructurings)
Very good English skills; international study or work experience preferred
Team player with strong communication skills and commercial awareness; promotion (Dr.) and/or foreign degree advantageous
