Senior Associate, Banking & Finance

Senior Associate opportunity within a well-regarded Australian banking and finance practice. The role is open across multiple Australian offices and sits within a firm that advises domestic and cross‑border lenders and borrowers on a wide range of financing matters.

The successful candidate will join a transaction-focused team working on syndicated lending, acquisition finance and general corporate banking matters. This is a chance to work on high‑quality financings alongside experienced partners and senior counsel in a busy, market-facing practice.

• Qualified solicitor/ lawyer admitted in Australia (or eligible for admission)
• Several years' post‑admission experience in banking and finance transactions (senior associate level)
• Demonstrable experience on syndicated lending, acquisition/leveraged finance or corporate lending matters
• Strong drafting and commercial judgment, with the ability to manage client relationships and supervise junior lawyers
