Join a national Banking & Finance team focused on restructuring, workouts and insolvency. The role mixes front‑end transactional restructuring work with targeted back‑end applications required to implement formal restructuring processes, and frequently involves cross‑border and distressed financing matters.

You will work alongside a small, collaborative restructuring team that partners with banking, M&A and private equity specialists to deliver innovative solutions for complex matters. The firm supports hybrid and flexible working arrangements.

This is a permanent, full‑time role offering exposure to large, market‑leading restructuring and distressed‑debt situations and structured development and secondment opportunities through international alliances.

2–4 years PQE in restructuring, insolvency, banking or finance
Experience with front‑end restructuring and/or back‑end insolvency litigation (mix preferred)
Comfort working on cross‑border and distressed financing matters
Strong commercial judgment, strategic thinking and a collaborative mindset
