Banking & Finance Solicitor (Project & Structured Finance) — Sydney

Join a high-performing project finance team working on large-scale infrastructure and energy financings. This role offers hands-on transactional work across project, structured and leveraged finance with exposure to both lender- and sponsor-side matters.

You will work directly with senior deal partners and be involved from early-stage structuring through to closing on acquisitions, refinancings and new financings for major projects. The position provides strong partner access, direct client exposure and clear development opportunities in a top-tier finance practice.

• 2–4 years PQE in banking & finance, ideally with project finance or structured finance experience
• Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
• Commercial judgement and an interest in project structuring and funding
• Desire to build a career in project and structured finance
• Right to work in Australia (must hold any required visas/approvals)
