Established Banking & Finance team in Sydney is seeking a Solicitor/Senior Associate to work on securitisation and structured finance matters. The role offers significant responsibility on transactions, with regular client contact and opportunities to act as deal counsel across different asset classes and programmes.

You'll join a market-leading finance group that acts for domestic and international banks, non-bank originators and institutional investors. The team delivers complex, high-value financing solutions and provides exposure to a broad mix of originators, arrangers and investors.

Qualified solicitor with solid experience in banking & finance; securitisation/structured finance experience preferred
Proven drafting skills for financing and security documents, legal opinions and commercial advice
Strong analytical, research and communication skills; commercial mindset and attention to detail
Client-facing experience with the ability to build and maintain relationships and contribute to business development
Ability to manage multiple transactions to deadline and work collaboratively in a team
Right to work in Australia (candidates must hold necessary visas/approvals)
