Senior Associate, Banking

Top-tier international law firm is seeking a Senior Associate for its banking practice. This is an open, multi-office opportunity; candidates may be considered across multiple jurisdictions.

The role will sit within the bank-finance team and involve advising on structured and traditional lending transactions, regulatory considerations relevant to lenders and borrowers, and documentation across syndicated and bilateral facilities.

Strong candidates will join a collaborative team working on cross-border financings and complex credit matters for financial institutions and corporate borrowers.

• Qualified solicitor/attorney in relevant jurisdiction(s) with banking/finance experience
• Several years' experience at a law firm finance practice handling syndicated and bilateral lending
• Proven drafting and negotiation skills on loan agreements, security packages and intercreditor arrangements
• Comfortable working on cross-border deals and managing client relationships
