We're seeking a Senior Associate to join a national law firm’s commercial litigation team, working primarily out of California offices (Los Angeles or Oakland). The role focuses on complex commercial disputes across state and federal courts and offers exposure to arbitration and administrative proceedings.

The successful candidate will handle all phases of litigation including factual investigation and discovery, pleadings, depositions, motions practice, settlement negotiations, and courtroom appearances. You will work closely with attorneys in the firm’s Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation practice group and contribute to client-facing strategy and matter management.

6–10 years of commercial litigation experience (complex litigation preferred)
Active California bar license and admission to practice in relevant state and federal courts
Proven courtroom experience — hearings, conferences, and procedural advocacy
Experience with discovery, motions, depositions, and client communication
Arbitration and administrative matters experience is a plus
Strong academic credentials, excellent judgment, and ability to manage multiple matters under pressure
