Join a growing London commercial real estate team handling the full spectrum of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, lettings, asset management and mixed-use projects. The role offers regular exposure to complex transactions and a collaborative, commercially focused environment.

There is a strong real estate finance element to the work, providing opportunities to work on financings, security arrangements and matters that cross property and funding disciplines. You will support senior lawyers on significant matters while taking responsibility for managing transactions and building client relationships.

This is a hands-on role within a supportive team that values technical excellence, commercial judgment and contribution to business development and client care.

5-6 years' post-qualification experience in commercial real estate law.
Experience advising on acquisitions, disposals, landlord & tenant matters, due diligence and reporting—ideally from a national/regional firm or similar practice.
Familiarity with real estate finance, security arrangements and transaction funding structures.
Strong technical skills with commercial problem-solving and the ability to handle complex issues.
Proven ability to manage transactions, supervise junior colleagues and act as day-to-day client contact.
Business development experience and a client-focused approach to relationship management.
Excellent organisation, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
