Established London commercial real estate team is hiring a 5–6 PQE senior associate to support a broad, sophisticated client base on complex commercial property matters. The role covers acquisitions, site assembly, funding and construction arrangements, lettings, asset management and disposals.

There is regular exposure to transactions that combine property and real estate finance work, allowing development of both property and funding/security skills. The team is collaborative and commercially focused; the successful candidate will support senior lawyers on significant matters and will have opportunities to manage transactions and build client relationships.

5–6 years' PQE in commercial real estate
Experience across sales, acquisitions, landlord & tenant matters, due diligence and reporting
Strong technical drafting and analytical skills with commercial judgment
Proven ability to manage transactions, supervise junior lawyers and act as a client-facing contact
Experience or interest in real estate finance and security/funding structures
Business development experience and ability to contribute to client care and relationship management
Excellent organisation, attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
