Senior associate role in a market-leading international real estate team advising on complex, high-value transactional work across the full property life cycle. The work covers direct and indirect investment into pan‑European portfolios and single assets across a range of asset classes including logistics, data centres, life sciences, PRS/BTR, student accommodation, hotels, offices, retail and major London developments.

The role involves lead associate responsibility on multi-jurisdictional transactions, joint ventures, development projects, real estate M&A and real estate elements of financings. You will work closely with cross‑practice teams (corporate, finance, tax, construction, planning and litigation) and the firm’s global network, with significant client contact and opportunities for business development and thought leadership.

Senior real estate experience at a City or similarly reputable common law firm.
Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills on real estate transactional documentation and JVs; corporate real estate experience desirable.
Commercial awareness, ability to lead teams on matters and manage client relationships.
Proven ability to work in multi‑disciplinary and international teams; strong academic record.
