Senior Associate opportunity within a partner-led Construction & Engineering disputes team in central London. The role offers responsibility on complex construction litigation and adjudication matters across infrastructure, commercial, residential and PFI projects, with frequent cross‑border elements and collaboration with international advisers.

You will join a compact, specialist disputes team embedded in a broader litigation practice, working directly with senior lawyers on high-value court proceedings, adjudications and multi-party claims. The firm emphasises training, mentoring and early responsibility, and encourages involvement in client work and business development.

5–7 years' post-qualification litigation experience, ideally with a construction/engineering disputes focus
Proven experience on court litigation and/or adjudications; strong drafting and advocacy skills
Comfort working on multi-party and high-value matters across sectors such as infrastructure, PFI, commercial and residential developments
Ability to work collaboratively in a partner-led team and to take on client-facing responsibilities
