Fixed-term senior associate role to cover parental leave within a market-leading construction professional indemnity team. The role will involve managing complex, high-value disputes and advising construction professionals and their insurers across a range of sectors.

The position is primarily resourced from the London market but regional candidates are welcome; remote working is possible subject to client needs. The role offers significant client exposure, strategic case involvement and responsibility for mentoring junior team members within an international practice.

Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with completed training contract or equivalent and valid practising certificate.
Minimum c.5+ years post-qualification experience with strong background in construction professional indemnity and contentious construction work.
Proven experience advising/defending contractors, designers and other construction professionals on defects, errors & omissions and related insurance matters.
Comfortable taking responsibility for case management, client-facing work and mentoring junior lawyers; flexible on location with ability to travel as required.
