Senior Associate — Consumer Regulatory

Senior Associate opportunity within a busy consumer regulatory practice advising clients in retail, FMCG, food and hospitality on product compliance, safety, labelling, marketing and wider regulatory risk.

The role combines technical regulatory work with commercially focused advice, incident response and cross‑border matters. You will join a collaborative team with scope to shape the practice and progress to a senior/director level.

Flexible hybrid working is available across multiple UK offices; candidates based in London or regional hubs are encouraged to apply.

• Qualified solicitor with substantive experience in consumer regulatory, commercial or regulatory teams
• Proven track record advising on consumer protection, product compliance, product safety and regulatory risk management
• Practical knowledge of enforcement and regulator engagement (e.g. Trading Standards, CMA) and experience handling investigations or recalls
• Strong drafting, advisory and commercial judgement; client‑facing skills and experience mentoring junior lawyers
