4–5 years post-JD transactional corporate experience, with substantial M&A exposure
Proven drafting and deal-execution skills (purchase agreements, disclosure schedules, ancillary documents)
Experience with both public and private M&A preferred
Bar admission, strong academic record, and excellent communication and teamwork skills
