Senior Associate, Corporate M&A — Brisbane

Senior Associate opportunity within a well-regarded national corporate team based in Brisbane. The role focuses on complex M&A and transactional matters, including private equity work, advising both domestic and cross-border clients.

The team offers broad exposure to deal execution across sale and acquisition scenarios, joint ventures and equity investments. This is a hands-on role for a commercial, technically strong lawyer who can draft and negotiate transaction documents and manage client relationships.

• Several years' post-qualification experience in corporate/M&A and transactional work (including private equity transactions).
• Proven track record drafting and negotiating sale and purchase agreements, share sale structures and ancillary transaction documents.
• Admitted to practise in Australia and eligible to work in Brisbane.
• Strong commercial judgement, excellent drafting skills and the ability to manage matters and mentor more junior team members.
