Senior associate opportunity in a market-leading Corporate M&A team based in Brisbane. The role offers work across public and private M&A, equity capital markets (IPOs and secondary raisings) and broader corporate advisory, with exposure to complex transactions and sector-leading clients.

You will collaborate with national corporate teams, receive targeted mentoring from senior lawyers, and participate in structured career development. The team advises across sectors including energy & resources, infrastructure, healthcare, financial services, retail and gaming.

3-6 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in corporate/M&A and ECM work
Demonstrated experience on public M&A (takeovers and schemes), private M&A and IPOs
Strong drafting, technical corporate law and securities / listing-rules skills
Client-facing experience, commercial judgement and excellent communication skills
Commitment to mentoring, teamwork and business development; openness to using legal technology/AI to enhance delivery
