Senior Associate, Corporate M&A — Brisbane

Senior Associate opportunity in the corporate M&A team of a highly regarded Australian law firm, based in the Brisbane office. The role focuses on complex domestic and cross-border M&A and transactional work across a range of industries.

You'll work on end-to-end deal execution, from structuring and documentation to regulatory and corporate governance advice, collaborating with partners and senior lawyers and mentoring junior staff. This is a hands-on role with regular client contact and responsibility for delivering high-quality commercial advice.

• Admitted or eligible to practise in Australia.
• Proven corporate/M&A transaction experience (sell-side, buy-side, or private equity transactions).
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills for transaction documents and corporate governance matters.
• Client-facing, commercial approach with ability to manage multiple matters and mentor junior lawyers.
