Senior Associate, Corporate M&A — Rome

Leading Italian corporate team seeks a Senior Associate with 5–6 years' experience in M&A and corporate finance to join its Rome office. The role covers management of extraordinary corporate transactions, corporate governance advice and drafting/negotiation of commercial and corporate agreements, including cross‑border matters.

The position requires autonomy on complex dossiers and frequent interaction with Italian and international clients. The team offers a collaborative environment, ongoing professional training and competitive compensation.

• 5–6 years' post‑qualification experience in M&A and corporate finance
• Strong knowledge of corporate law and governance; experience drafting and negotiating corporate and commercial agreements
• Proven ability to manage complex transactions with autonomy
• Excellent English; ability to work with international clients
• Experience at top‑tier firms, strong academic record or periods of study/work abroad are a plus
