Tax Associate — Tax (M&A & Real Estate), Rome

Well‑established professional firm in Rome is seeking an experienced Tax Associate to join its tax practice with a primary focus on Tax aspects of M&A and Real Estate transactions.

The role involves providing domestic and cross‑border tax advice, routine and extraordinary tax consultancy, compliance work, corporate tax support and assistance on tax litigation matters.

• 5–7 years' post‑qualification experience in a law or tax advisory firm, with strong exposure to Tax M&A and Real Estate.
• Degree in economics (specialisation in private practice preferred) or equivalent tax qualification.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work in team‑oriented, client‑facing assignments.
