Senior Associate / Associate, Capital Markets

Global law firm seeking a Senior Associate/Associate to join its Capital Markets team, with the role available in Milan or Rome. The team advises on debt capital markets and structured finance transactions for domestic and cross‑border issuers and investors.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative, international practice and work on complex bond and structured‑finance deals. English is used daily; Italian bar admission and experience in Italian market transactions are required.

• Qualified lawyer admitted to practise in Italy
• Minimum c.5 years' relevant experience (including training) in structured finance and debt capital markets
• Experience at a leading business law firm or equivalent transactional practice
• Strong written and spoken English; Italian market knowledge essential
• Knowledge of banking law and related regulatory matters is a plus
