We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join a globally integrated office of general counsel supporting the firm's North American offices, with close collaboration across international colleagues and U.S.-based teams.

The role focuses on corporate transactional matters — drafting, reviewing and negotiating client and vendor commercial contracts and leases — alongside broader responsibilities spanning compliance initiatives, corporate governance, third-party due diligence, data privacy coordination and policy development. You will also support global expansion initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, new office openings and joint ventures.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced position suited to a commercially minded lawyer who can balance strategic priorities with tactical operational detail and works well across cultures and time zones.

Law degree and active license to practice law
6–10 years of experience with high-volume international commercial contracts (drafting, reviewing and negotiating) and transactional M&A
Experience at a large or mid-sized law firm with a substantial global practice; in-house experience advantageous
Familiarity with laws and regulations relevant to client onboarding
Excellent time management, attention to detail and relationship management skills
Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to adapt style to the audience
