A global Am Law 50 full-service law firm is seeking a junior associate with 2–4 years of experience to join its Governmental Practice Group in Dallas. The firm's White Collar Defense team represents companies and individuals in high-stakes criminal and regulatory matters, including government and internal investigations, enforcement actions, grand jury proceedings, and parallel civil litigation.

Associates are given meaningful responsibility early in their careers, including opportunities to support criminal trial work, develop core advocacy skills, and communicate directly with clients on fast-moving, high-impact matters. The team is known for strategic counseling, excellent written advocacy, and strong courtroom work.

2–4 years of litigation experience
Strong litigation skills; preference for experience in government investigations and criminal defense
Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and ability to perform under tight deadlines
Experience conducting complex fact investigations and analysis
Client communication and matter management skills commensurate with experience
Must be a member in good standing of the Texas State Bar or eligible to waive in at time of application
Resume, law school transcript, and writing sample drafted within the past six months required
