A high-performing English Real Estate team is seeking an experienced Knowledge & Development Lawyer to shape how legal knowledge is captured, shared and applied across the practice. This senior, influential role supports lawyers delivering exceptional service on complex, high-value real estate matters.

Working closely with partners, fee earners and fellow knowledge lawyers, you will combine first-class technical expertise with strategic thinking and a genuine enthusiasm for learning and innovation. You will lead training across the team, keep colleagues informed of key legal and market developments, provide guidance on complex queries, and create and maintain practical knowledge resources. You will also promote knowledge sharing and explore new technology to enhance client service.

First-class knowledge of a broad range of English commercial real estate law
At least 8 years' post-qualification experience
Strong understanding of legal practice and the client perspective
Open to existing knowledge lawyers or experienced transactional lawyers seeking a different use of their expertise
Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working independently
Engaging communicator, confident presenting to groups and passionate about helping others learn
