Senior Associate - Corporate, Melbourne

Senior Associate opportunity within a leading corporate team in Melbourne. The role focuses on domestic and cross-border M&A and transactional work, with regular involvement in corporate governance matters.

The team advises corporate clients across a range of sectors on acquisitions, disposals and complex commercial transactions. You will join a collaborative group that handles high-quality, deal-led work and offers clear partner exposure.

• Proven mid-to-senior level experience in corporate/M&A transactions and general corporate work
• Strong drafting and commercial advisory skills on acquisition/disposal documentation and corporate governance
• Admitted to practice in Australia (or eligible to be admitted)
• Proven ability to manage matters, work with partners and mentor junior lawyers
