Senior Associate — Corporate Transactions, Brisbane

A market-facing Corporate Transactions role based in Brisbane, joining a team that advises on M&A, joint ventures and shareholder arrangements across the energy, mining and infrastructure sectors.

The team works on complex, commercial transactions for corporate and institutional clients. The role offers exposure to high-value cross-border and domestic deals and opportunities for professional development, secondments and flexible working arrangements.

• Minimum 5 years' post-qualification M&A experience, ideally gained in a top-tier or leading mid‑tier firm
• Demonstrable experience on M&A transactions, joint ventures and shareholder agreements in the mining, energy or infrastructure sectors
• Strong technical drafting skills, commercial judgment and ability to manage client workstreams
• Proactive team player with excellent communication and organisational skills
