Apply in confidence →Team seeking a senior-level associate or counsel with strong structured finance and securitization experience to join a U.S. trade finance practice. The role focuses on lender-side private trade receivables securitizations, supply-chain finance, trade receivables monetization and related trade A/R financing matters, often with cross-border features.
Work will involve representing banks, funds and other financial institutions on structured financings involving trade receivables, inventory and other trade-related assets, including off-balance-sheet structuring, intercreditor arrangements, trade credit insurance and ABCP or balance-sheet funding. The group is placing candidates in Charlotte, Chicago or New York but will consider U.S.-based candidates from other offices.
- Minimum 5 years PQE in structured finance/securitization.
- Experience on lender-side trade receivables securitization, supply-chain finance or trade receivables monetization preferred.
- Comfort with cross-border transactions, intercreditor structures and off-balance-sheet/GAAP or IFRS considerations.
- U.S. bar admission and ability to practice from the U.S.; include a deal sheet with application.
