Senior-level associate or counsel opportunity in a national structured finance team focused on securitization and trade-related financings. The role will sit within a Global Trade Finance practice advising banks, funds and other financial institutions on lender-side securitizations and trade receivables transactions.

Work will center on private trade receivables securitization, supply‑chain finance, trade receivables monetization and related structured finance matters, often with cross‑border features and off‑balance-sheet structuring considerations. The team is hiring for U.S. candidates based in Charlotte, Chicago or New York; relevant experience is the primary consideration.

At least 5 years' PQE in structured finance/securitization (senior associate or counsel level)
Substantive lender‑side experience with private trade receivables securitization, supply‑chain finance or trade receivables monetization
Experience on transactions with cross‑border elements, intercreditor arrangements, off‑balance‑sheet or ABCP/warehouse features preferred
U.S. bar qualification and authorization to practice in the U.S.; include a deal sheet with application
