Apply in confidence →Join a national insurance litigation team as a Senior Associate focused on cyber incidents, privacy and data breach response. The role is open to candidates based in Melbourne or Sydney and sits within a market-leading insurance practice.
You will manage cyber incident response matters from triage through resolution, advise insurers on coverage and regulatory obligations, coordinate technical experts and stakeholders, and act as day-to-day counsel on significant incidents.

- Tertiary qualification in Law and a current practising certificate in the relevant Australian jurisdiction
- At least 4 years' post-admission experience in cyber, financial lines or commercial litigation
- Experience or exposure to insurance law and advising on coverage issues; litigation experience for disputes or class actions arising from data breaches
- Strong legal drafting, file management, stakeholder engagement and client-facing skills
