6‑month, full‑time (hybrid) consultancy opportunity with a global financial‑services organisation. The role sits within a Technology, Enterprise & Digital legal team and involves advising on technology transactions, regulatory uplift work and related commercial agreements.

You will support DORA uplift activities and be expected to apply knowledge of APRA standards (including CPS 230) across a range of contracts. The role requires someone who can hit the ground running, work independently and partner with internal stakeholders to deliver practical, timely legal advice.

  • Minimum 5 years' post‑qualification experience in technology law
  • Experience in the financial services sector and familiarity with APRA standards (including CPS 230)
  • Practical experience with the EU Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) and related uplift programs
  • Strong commercial contracting / technology transactions experience
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑moving environment and collaborate with business stakeholders
  • Current practising certificate and right to live and work in Australia
