Senior Associate — Cyber & Privacy (Insurance)

Senior-associate opportunity within a national insurance-focused practice, working on cyber incident response, data breach matters and insurance coverage disputes. The role sits in a collaborative team with experienced mentors and offers exposure to significant cyber-related claims.

You will manage incident response from triage to resolution, coordinate with insurers, clients and technical experts, and provide practical advice on notification obligations, recoveries and coverage issues. Hybrid working is supported, with positions available in Sydney or Melbourne.

• Tertiary qualification in law and a current local practising certificate.
• Minimum 4 years’ post-admission experience, with background in cyber, financial-lines or commercial litigation.
• Experience or exposure to insurance law and advising on coverage issues preferred.
• Strong litigation, drafting, file-management and client-facing skills; ability to lead incident response and coordinate stakeholders.
